Who we are

Nova Interviewer (novainterviewer.com) provides AI-powered mock interviews for job seekers and AI phone screening for recruiters. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Interview data: when you request a practice or screening call, the phone number you provide, the call audio, its transcript, and the AI-generated feedback and scores.
• Usage and security data: pages visited, signup IP address and browser user agent, and similar technical logs used to operate and protect the service.
• Payment data: subscriptions are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details, only the subscription status PayPal reports to us.

How we use it

• To run your interviews and deliver feedback, which requires processing call audio and transcripts with AI providers.
• To operate your account, respond to support requests, and send service emails such as receipts and interview follow-ups.
• To measure and improve the product, including which pages and features are used.
• To measure advertising: we use conversion tracking so we know which ads lead to signups.

Service providers

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: Twilio (placing and recording interview calls), OpenAI (AI interview and feedback processing), Microsoft Azure (hosting and databases), PayPal (payments), SendGrid (email delivery), and Cloudflare (bot protection on signup). Each receives only what its function requires.

Advertising and analytics

Our site uses conversion pixels from Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and OpenAI. These set cookies or similar identifiers so that a signup can be attributed to the ad that brought you here. You can limit ad personalization through each platform's ad settings and your browser's tracking protections. We do not sell your personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account data and interview history while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time and we will remove it, except records we must keep for legal or billing reasons.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it. Contact us at support@novainterviewer.com from the email on your account and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and note the new date above.
