- For job seekers: an AI calls your phone and runs a mock interview for the exact role you paste in, then grades your answers with coaching notes on what to fix.
- For recruiters: an AI recruiter phone-screens candidates against your approved questions and returns a transcript plus a hiring recommendation for each call.
